When will people learn? Paris Hilton can barely care for herself, let alone another life. This time, it was an adopted kitten who felt the wrath of the actress singer humanitarian walking STD.

Paris reportedly adopted a cat from the Kris Kelly Foundation in May a week before she was locked up (and released, and locked up and released again). In the midst of the media circus, Hilton forgot to get the cat neutered. Fast-forward to two weeks ago, when Paris finally took the cat in to get fixed.

That would be fine, except for the fact that Paris never picked the cat up. And the Kris Kelly Foundation, after unanswered calls to Hilton, has decided to keep the cat away from her. That’s the one smart thing they’ve done thus far.

Paris’ reps are saying that this is a publicity stunt, and the cat was supposed to be delivered back to Hilton. Um, the cat doesn’t just call a driver and reappear, Paris. You are responsible for knowing where the animal is, not just dressing it up in awful clothes and parading it down the red carpet.
