It looks like the romance has lived past the demise of their film Rendition.  Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoons were spotted on a trip to California’s wine country, and they looked happy as ever.

According to press, the “Legally Blonde” babe and her hunky boyfriend checked into the Carneros Inn in Napa Valley this past Sunday, three weeks after their Italian getaway.  And they went A-list all the way with a private home to spend some quality time together.

For the second time, Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have put an end to their tumultuous relationship. And it looks as if this may have been the final go at a romance that’s been anything but steady.

The two were last together at a press conference for Rendition at Toronto’s Film Festival, barely making eye contact the entire time. Keeping their distance from one another, it seemed quite obvious the two were not on good terms.
